Payments
All prices are topical and are subject to change in the future. Individually and actual total price of your order is summarized in the box office, including any charges for delivery and payment, as well as VAT.
We offer following payment methods:
Klarna checkout: Makes it easy, flexible and secure to shop online. By answering a few questions you identify easily and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A finesse with Klarna checkout is that they differ in the purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice or Klarna checkout - or by card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe.
Paypal:
PayPal is a simple, convenient and secure way to pay your goods online. You choose whether the money will be deducted from your credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or from your existing PayPal balance. Please visit: www.paypal.com
Delivery and return
Delivery
We are shipping with swedish post (postnord). We ship to european countries. Shipping cost is calculated according to weigh (65 SEK - 399 SEK) and delivery time is around 1-3 weeks depending on where you live. We cannot control or be responsible for whether the shipping companies do not deliver on time. If you order personalized items the production time is about 1-1,5 weeks and then add the shipping time (normally 3-14 days).
It is the customer's responsibility that the address is correct so that the goods can arrive without any problems. In cases where the customer has written the wrong address and therefore has not received the order, the following happens: If the order is returned to us because the address is wrong, the customer must pay new shipping fee so that we can deliver to the correct address. If the customer has written the wrong address so that the order has "disappeared" and has not returned to us, it is the customer's choice to make a new order for new items. We do not pay back the value of the order.
Duties
For international deliveries, local customs fees and taxes may apply. These are determined only when the package arrives at the local customs in the country of delivery. We can not predict or control it´s fees. It is the customer´s responsibility to pay additional charges for customs clearance.
Cancellation/return & complaint
* on all personalized items there is no right of withdrawal beacause they are custom made for each order after order is placed.
* Is there anything wrong with the order, you will email us and we will arrange it hello@gamlastanskreativa.se
* Orders that not are personalized you have 14 days after you recieve your goods to return it. The item must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawel/return of goods, you are responsible for return shipping. Remember that you are responsible for shipping to us.

Reservation
We reserve the right for changes in prices caused by large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. We reserve that can be missing, such as the end of material from the factory and so on. Then we will contact you for a smooth solution.
