Provençal-style tapenade of black olives, capers and anchovies. Rich in extra virgin olive oil and Mediterranean aromas and flavors. A drop of vinegar and a drop of wine, for a natural preservation of the product. Ingredients: Black olives (42%), SELLERI, onion, extra virgin olive oil, SARDELES (9%) (Engraulis encrasicolus - district FAO 027 (caught with fishing net/snare and collecting net), vinegar, capers, white wine, garlic, salt. Pasteurized. Store in a dry and cool place. Opened can should be kept in the refrigerator after opening and consumed within 7 days. Pasteurized. Keep dry and cool.
